The Golfer Man

 Dear fellow golfers, Today we played our second match for the League, and I must say I did not expect such a bad result.
The weather was as good as we could hope for and there was no excuse.

The opponents were just better than us. And all we can do is congratulate them, grit our teeth and go back home and practice some more for next time. 



We played against Oliva Nova, and the results were :  

Dennis and Richard  lost  2&1

John C. and Stan lost  2&1

Clive and Jan lost 3&2

Roger and Franco lost  1 down  

and only  Eddy and Brian won 3&2  
On the other hand we were happy to receive the visit on the golf course of our friend Barry Yates who shared with us some time and will come and play with us next Wednesday in Bonalba. 



I would like to thank you all for your effort, cause I am sure you tried your best, and we all look forward to January match, when we no doubt will be much more careful.   That is all now lads. All the best angel
