I can't believe it is Christmas already it doesn't seem 5 minutes, that we were starting another year, I suppose that is old age catching up with us.

 

We had a friendly Texas Scramble today as most of the members had disappeared for the festivities.

 

As we all brought a present everybody won a prize so there were no winners or losers, which made for an even more enjoyable days golf.

On the 4th sponsored by Fiona, Gestoria of El Campello, was won by Young Lesley, it's really Lesley Young but she enjoys a bit of flattery!!

 

On the 11th sponsored by CJ's Bar El Campello 965 632 576 John Coubrough was one of only two to get on the green, good shot sir.

 

Our next major competition is the January Medal on the 7th as we start another year lets hope that the financial problems sort themselves out rapidly so we can return to some semblance of normality.

 

 

Members are reminded that the AGM will be held at Bonalba after golf on the 28th January.
