Propositions AGM 2010

 

The following are the propositions to be voted on at the AGM.

In accordance with the notice of the meeting issued at the beginning of December, these will be the only motions to be considered. This is to ensure that, every member has the opportunity, to express their opinion on any proposal.

 

That the annual fee be increased to a total of 30.00 euros per person and that the budget for the winners of Medals and Knock out competitions be reduced to 25 euros per person.

 

That the eclectic competition be scrapped.

 

That in the event of less than 28 members playing on a Wednesday prizes shall only be awarded to the first 3.
