CBGS Rules : Position of results

Position of results. Some discussion has taken place regarding how we decide who takes precedence when players have the same net score. The Society has always used the best back nine, then the best back six, then the best back three, in that order to differentiate between players. Whilst the Committee is aware that in Golf Clubs it is usual to just use the lower handicap to decide placing, as a friendly Society we have always taken the view that all members are equal and higher handicap […]
